Hey there!
So, I was born in Texas, but let's get one thing straight – I'm not a fan of scorching heat or sticky humidity. And yeah, the Dallas Cowboys? They don't do it for me either.
Growing up, my best memories in Texas were all about family. I split my time between a bustling city and a cozy small town, so you could say I got the best of both worlds.
One memory that really sticks out is the times I went fishing with my dad in the Gulf of Mexico. This was before all the craziness of 9/11. We hopped on a boat, hooked up to a rig out in the ocean, and spent the day reeling in Red Snapper. It's one of those moments that reminds me of the simple joy of family and being out in nature.
Life took me to different places around the country, but I found my happy place in Colorado. The air here is crisp, and the folks are downright awesome. There's something magical about watching the leaves change color in the fall and seeing the sun set behind those big mountains.
